The Role – for those who want to make a difference

As Operations Manager, you will have overall responsibility for helping to lead, plan, and develop the bakery's operations. You will work closely with both production and administration, acting as the connecting link between staff, finance, quality, and customer relations. You will report to management and have an operational role in the company's growth and future development.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest standards in food safety, HACCP, and allergen management
• Optimize production, planning, and personnel resources
• Support and coach employees to create a positive, safe, and efficient work environment
• Contribute to product development and ensure that quality is always top-notch
• Drive improvement projects, efficiency, and innovation
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, wholesalers, and partners

We are looking for you

• With a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in food science, food technology, economics, or marketing
• A natural leader with experience in baking, food, or manufacturing industries
• Driven, engaged, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
• Structured and experienced in working with quality systems and certifications
• Analytical and business-minded with a good understanding of finance and manufacturing processes
• Communicative, solution-oriented, and good at creating cohesion
• Good computer skills with relevant programs (Office 365, Google Workspace)
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
